for the new clans its maybe good to have a referee but for old strong clans its not necessary and then a referee just brings along an extra burden.

I agree in all points except one

Referee is really needed

If we suppose that old clans that have experiences on cws and are nice guys, that's not, enough to say that they will never have problems one some CWs, and most common problem is to set time.
Then I consider to do a (cw) without referee should be considered as a Friendly War : FW.

It's like making a football match without referee Laughing

So I hope Referee would be an obligation on CWs.

if both clans agree for a referee , then yes.(like punkbuster or pure ).
but...a list of referee is good to have. in case needed.

I agree with bert.Might be useful for new/unexperienced clans but I doubt any of the more experienced and older clans will use it cause they are experienced enough to make demos/screenshots themselves and post them on forum in case of shittalk or other reasons.Anyway,voted yes.

I vote no need for ref's - clan leaders are responsible for the actions of the clan during a match. to me its all about enjoyment of the game and the challenge of winning - if anyone spoils that enjoyment for me or my team \rcon k theirass.

my vote was for Yes.

- referee's may be usful to find good server for war (couse in mine head referee's will be have the same password on moust servers)

- referee may be usful when 2 clans that dont like themselwes like to play in peace

- referee may be usful when u need someone to record importand war and u wana have news madet in "for extample" rena's newspaper

- referee may be usful to bing more silence to CL who normaly will be talking to oponent team and he will be trying get atenion of his own team, referee will get this duty and live CL only with his team bussines
