I did it on quicks ctf server in ctf1 with 0 and I mean ZERO multi jumps on and only using the rail gun. I did it after about 30 mins of just playing around I zipped the blue flag from its base and back to the red in 6.59 seconds I would like to see if anyone can beet that time. Sorry dont have a vid but heres a pic 
I had a 6.22 and after that i decided it would be a good idea to make a bind to take screen shots.

I don’t think I left the red map room on under 6 seconds ...I stopped to chat with myself though...probably didn’t help..

depends on config kinda on std bro config i can do 8.5
but that nwc+.cfg has bigger knockback so its easier there :}
