some questions... (if questions dont belong into this thread then pls move my post)

ehm... isnt that senseless?

both teams have to agree with the settings/referee or they dont play a cw. 
if one team wants pb/pure/ff/ref and other doesnt they either figure something out or wont play!?
because Im sure EN wont play any cw with ff enabled... no matter how much the opponent wants it 
so either I got something wrong or its senseless to write that down as a rule... its rather an advice!?
oh and something to 3)... since it is the same rule like on the bro ranking I just checked some of the latest cw threads.
and in none I read anything about the played config...
so I guess its also no obligation to write that down !?

Yes, can be sayed as advice. 
In case when one clan perssist for example that must be FF ON, then that clan will not change their mind. And no CW then. About PB and pure we cannot force clans to play with official referee. So, we cannot be sure that PB and PURE was on. Maybe in next version of E+ will be in screenshot. Then we in BRO make obligation PB and PURE. Statisticly BRO play 99% CWs as PB and PURE.

Will be nice to be written to ppl. know on which cfg CW was played. BRO mainly play on PLUS.CFG, we have only 3 servers running BRO.CFG, so that was writen before situation as now.

i would add It's just to say the rule is behind pb, pure, ref and ff in case they were supposed to play a war but they couldn't be agree about this thing or this other 1.
Most of the time, things are agreed before the war, with a post stating of all game details. We use this rules and it's written in case of problem happening during and after the war. It's obvious if clan are not agree about something then they won't play
Better to write the conf, they should do it in bro rank too ... they write it on the war post but always forget in the screenies...

, i agree with kb about server settings and stuff: all things should be discussed b4 the war and we shouldnt make any obligations if ff=1 pure on or pb on or so on, all things should be like 2 playin clans want, but in the other hand thats true: if one clan want pb on and another dont then no cw as xor (why the hell everybody is still calling u rena ) said. btw im happy that kb and bodz finally get together.. kind of ..peace

because we don't know all clans playing e5, and i know that for example EN stoped tdm/tag and X play only tag/tdm.... so got a list of clans with gametype they play will be nice

to your clan support new rank system. Will be same as we have for BRO, that s mean TOTAL RANK LADDER, TAG, TDM, CTF. Yes, Excessive Plus only: E5, E5r... Not necesery any sign up, if clans negotiate that is CW for rank before CW, then simply post screenes as we on BRO do and will be ranked if no any problems occured and obey rules.
