I agree with the official warning instead of the yellow card, however all clans in e+ since the last 5 years clans had the honor not to bug on dm11 so those rules weren't written down. However panda3 did use the loophole there causing us the need to write them down. You could call it a new low of no honor.

And what about the other maps ? + hiding place in armor tunnel on cpm14 ? etc.

jeff you're obviously not familiar with the word honor, and you are showing that by defending such crap that panda3 did. The bugs on maps are omnipresent ,but... if you avoid using those bugs (in case oponent is not using 'em) than you're honourable player. But if you start using them without being provoked to, than youre just scumbag.

The rules regulate only the basic and important moments. It should be regarded as general provisions. It's not necessary to point every possible conflict situation, this may be done on 10 pages. Cheating isn't only usage of third-made programs, it's also a fraud, which later influenced the outcome. You may also "buy" a referre, switch your identify, set a server for yourself, join enemy TS channel and shout shit and etc. Nothing of above is pointed in the rules, but by doing that you understand that you are cheating. And penalty for that is ban, just because it's a first precendent we decided to lower a sentence.

You are wrong fps, setting server for yourself ? There is a referee on match to prevent it. Switching identity ? there is a rule about multiclanning, other cases of switching identity are pointless. Join enemy channel? Seems someone gave you a pass on this channel and why cant u just kick/ban him from ts? So there should be a rule about map exploits, giving some bans or your cards just ridiculous.

The rules regulate only on the will that suits the persons on who it can use and against it can be used ? Tongue

For me its important that all rules what can make a valid game invalid should be given and be very clear ! else it will waste the time of players + the ref who is only speccing that game... the rules dont need to be 10 pages long aslong its clear to prevent these actions in the future Winking

Old e+ players who worked on maintaining community probably didn't wrote down such a small/irrelevant things in rules section, because they didn't counted that one day will come a clan of douchebags who will use those stuff for their advantage on cw. As we already saw many people know about that "trick" on dm11 but no-one used it in cw, so u wanted to say smth about honor crapper?

Stop discussing honor... we are speaking about the cards and warnings, nobody cares about this honor, but giving card for case that not break any rule is stupid.
