kk..i have a question about fraps and i hope some people could help me out

first of all ive seen hards 1v1 movie and it was insane...i looked wich apps he used and i saw fraps, now i thought u could only make movie clips of maximum 30 seconds.
but hard did make some clips of a longer duration.
so my question is: do u really need 2 register and buy it for $39.95???
or do u have a certain crack for it.

Illegal? Is when you have something that you haven't purchased or wasn't given to you. The reason something illegal shouldn't be posted on this forum but be dealth with through msn or something is because otherwise the owners could get in trouble.
