Benek was testing cheats to try out the server security lvl, and overall he was cheating nobody. We are going too far with this thing. How can you cheat if you have no opponent to cheat against? Nobody hasn't sent anything which would prove that he cheated in public, so wtf?

The whole point of cheating is to affect your opponents. He didn't, so what for would you punish him?

Another drama, yes I do not care about busting cheaters since a long time, I did my duty long time ago when this mod was a lot more active including me, I was catching cheaters on daily basis, but those were minor nub players that played on servers where I had access to check the logs etc.

Those times are past already and since I am not playing this game as much as I did in past when I had my own clan, own servers I stopped be so active after I had more serious problems in my life to stay online and spend my time on an infinite task that nobody care about, endless bans posted by me without any interest of any admin, same as now Elitez does and whine that nobody takes their banslist.

So how I see from my point of view: 2 peoples fight, because they dont like each other
1 accused other russians that they are some kind of gang with undetectable cheats, wanted to investigate himself and when he find that some kind of wallhack is working on their own clan server he gather bunch of screenshots/evidences for further prove, but never did released them because he received answers like "oh I dont care that much anymore' from 2 peoples which are me and skull.
second was a russian guy that owned jumpsland server and received bad words towards him and his clan mates, that he is bad rank admin and his members are cheating.

So here they are, both angry and other 2 that are tired from most of the stuff that is around here

Benedykt did send me PM on 23.02.2012, 1 day after he checked wallhack on jumpsland, first of all he asked me for pbsv.cfg (not from jumpsland) and as I trusted him I've send him one copy which we used on most of the servers, he asked me also about some things like, is it possible to change cheats extension to big letters to be undetectable or to hook some additional code into .exe, .dll that will not interfere with it and he ended with msg that we got probably on e+ some group of conspirated cheaters.
last his msg was that he asked if its possible to change md5 sum of the files and that probably rank mod fps that has own server has the lowest amount of cvars in his pbsv.cfg and has in his clan ex cheater and last catched boykins with some cheat cvar, which is true.

but I can assure you that jumpsland server same as zmb or hyper had the same pbsv.cfg since the beggining and the words by benedykt saying that this cheat worked only on jumpsland and on other servers not is nonsense for me, those were like duplicate servers with different server configs crontabs motd etc only, but pb on all was the same, until owner of the server does change something himself, but the last modification date is same on all 3 servers.

so overall, benedykt did not reported me the fact that he just tested the active cheat on jumpland server with enabled PB and that he wasnt kicked for using it, besides the other guy once that I couldnt remember the nick, but once we spoken with benedykt he remind me him, it was player from other mod br0var, he reported me once and shown evidences that he was able to cheat on my aim+ servers that had active PB, I wanted to know how he was able to stay undetectable and he told me how it is, the solution was so simple but yet it requires access to pbsv.cfg (I keept that info private and told only few admins about to do something in their pbsv cfg) the reason was simple, to not let others use it for their own, I also reported that to evenbalance, they never fixed or deleted this.

The logs are not fake, I extracted the small part from the overall of 263MB and its still on the root machine.
There are also auto screenshots made by PB, all of them from that day, none caught the cheat, only 2 out of 31 screens contain some graphic view, rest of them are black =/

So just to add, dont blame me or asphyx for anything bad as we were the hosters and the owners of the servers do paid for them and could do whatever they want with it, I wasnt rank mod to sniff around their files and spy all their games, I belong to beta testers stuff, I had access to how AC works only by its output given by the author itself and guess what I also tested active cheat with AC, it wasnt any public one, specially made by beast+, very simple one with only autoshoot, once you've enabled it and fired 3 times (the value of AC was set to example 3), AC kicked you immediatelly, it wasnt .exe file, If I remember good some .dll hook in, easily detectable by PB.

So the conclusion is, benedykt should not receive ban, but atleast yellow card or warning, because he wasnt testing the cheat on ranked match but on the empty server, he wanted to check server weakness, but the issue that he didnt published the information about this to server hoster and owner or anyone from the rank or beta stuff wasnt smart, now everyone can suspect that he was able to cheat on every game, so now someone would need to check all his recorded games to verify that

Yellow / warning is deserved, but It's nonsense to ban him, if none finds any further proves about cheating in actual match. I wish gl for those who are willing to investigate this case, no matter how hard you want him banned, you won't get that joy
