ok, heres my idea. that we have both rankings.
obviously in mine, theres a lot of dedication required, and altough a lot of people would like their 1v1 games ranked, some dont want such hardcore gaming.
so we ahve one official ranking (term is doing a good job on it atm) and one oldschool hardcore ranking.
first would have a bit loose structure (mostly what two players agree upon goes) while mine would have a stricter structure, and require more dedication.
then each player can decide wheter he wants to spend so much effort on 1v1.
remember, games played under my ranking table can and will also be ranked under terms ranking.
im almost finished with the website dedicated to it, so ill post soon.

This is Calculated by lets say:
Player A vs Player B, 100 - 80
Player A wins by 20, Player B loses by 20Player X vs Player Y, 100 - 95
Player X wins by 5, Player Y loses by 5No1. Player A, Points: 1 Winning Margin: 20
No2. Player X, Points: 1 Winning Margin: 5-A Win = 1 Point
-A Loss = 0 Point
-To Challenge person ahead of you =2 Points (Foksie + Zack Idea)

Let's have 2 rankings for now 
One with Foksie's sys and one with Term's.
After some time we will see how they work and can decide on the better one (or keep them both, depending how things will work out).

ar4xis thats what we are doing atm. 
but, i dont belive my system should ever be mandatory, cause it is a bit stricter, and some friends who want a game with a bit more adrenalin in it, wouldnt be able to do so.

ar4xis yes its kinda what we intended. There would be the official skills rank to see your 'skill' compared to others, then there is the challenging or 'standing' rank which runs as an addition. Every 1v1 game played is put through skills rank, and every game played in standings rank is put in the official skills rank
Marcus then we can keep it on a single topic

2. Have a Person Rank
Somehow it might get a bit difficult leading it off onto another sight Foksie, its best if we keep it all in this one forum so new people coming in understand and keep on track a bit more
People will be able to see what their true skill is (ranked) in comparision with others, whilst there is the ability to challenge each other.
