Really. This isn't even on the far end of the harshness scale. I mean, yeah, it's noisier, grittier and louder than the average faggy pop song you hear on tv but it still has most of the elements you associate with regular music - rhythm, melody, instrumentalisation, fluent progression of sound from point a to point b in a familiar manner.
