Unfortunately Foksie Loy has resigned as the ranking moderator for Excessive Plus. Leukothea will be taking his place.

Foksie Loy served with distinction during his tenure and I wish him all the best in the future. Foksie Loy was integral to the success of the current ranking system; without him we would not have a practicle, reliable and easily updatable system.
