Sounds not bad man, what kind of genre are you guys playing? Sounds to me like deathcore...The guitar sound needs some workout in my opinion, there are a bunch of nice Vst plugins like bias or amplitube 4 which generates already a nice, close to tube sound... I suggest to switch in between a distortion pedal, thats is giving even more kick...
