y cant lee host a insta freeze server, ive got him all the files he needs and he's opend the 27960 and 27961 ports, and the server still aint being broadcast any ideas?

Is he behind a firewall or router if he is behind router he need to enable ip forwarding for that ports to the computer running the servers.
