train with bots

hi all
i told everybody i stopped q3... ok 3 weeks i said that now im back
ok i know i play for 1 year but , the fact is :
i dont know how to train with bots on excessiveplus mod, im a real dick for this
i just ask if its possible for some nice guy ( or girl ^^ ) to tell me the full procedure to play not on internet but against MR gauntlets, and with ringzero config (when i try i dont have Mr gauntlets and i play some e"X" config
its this thread bore somme ppl ( i can understand this ) just give me links where its explained

unzip this file put it in quake3\excessiveplus\conf
start quake and load e+ mod. open a map and type this:

\load conf\taker

also adjust fraglimit if u want.
and adding bots its done by the menu or just type \addbot gauntlet
