there simple..

use grenades sparingley and for jumping.

so next time you get kicked for it you will understand why and you won't have to re connect and start abusing me for it...and let me get one thing straight... to those of you who start calling me every whores name under the sun I DON'T CARE...you only humiliate yourself not me.

Guys i thank you for your support....i play q3 for one thing only to have fun...not to win...but it is nice when i do... . but i stop having fun when i have to constantly police the game....i do this because other players complain about the spamming not because i feel like being mean.

boys and girls your great fun to play...i enjoy your company and you make me smile.....i thank you all for that.
