I just moved from NY to CA just within these past two weeks. Now I understood moving across country would increase my ping in some servers and decrease in others. Now here's my problem:

As some of you know, I'm from Excessive. I play on .30 and .32 and I don't have a problem in ANY server for Excessive. That's not the case though for E+. No matter what server I can go, whether it's DFE, EN, EK or Edy's servers I get CI's left and right. Even in my own server {FUC}, I used to ping 30-40 and get no CI's. Now I'm lucky if I can ping below 190+ and I get CI's left and right.

As far as my connection, I get an average of 250/up and 4MB/down. I've worked with Shib on maxpackets and snaps but it still doesn’t seem to help.

No spy ware is running...

Anyone have a solution of sort?
