Hi I was wondering if I can make the switch times like in Quake Live IEM too. Where do I need to type in that code?

yes you can.
in 1.03 it was switchtime: 0 = baseq3.
basically it means nothing else as half second switch or something if you didnt fire, but reloadswitch if you did fire.
or it was 200msec or so, to lazy to measure.

Mastery:
Camping means you are not fast enough to attack.
Spamming means you are not good enough to predict.
Running means you are not good enough to fight.
Spawnfragging is an opportunity, not a way to win.
Shotgun means you are not precise enough to Rail.
BFGjumping means you are not fast enough to hunt.

Giving up means doing neither, training means doing what you are not capable of, trying to win means using everything you can.

I'm sorry but where do I type that in? just press ' then switchtime: 0 = baseq3 ?

Thanks. Do you know the configs used in IEM Quake Live. Are their weapon switch time reduced at all?

I'm really new so I'm not very sure. All i know is sometimes the weapon fires after a big delay and I die before I can shoot.

Why do you say "IEM" Quake Live? IEM didn't modify any of the base QL weapon values for their tournaments, switch time or otherwise.

Also, adding such huge delays to weapon switch would probably give 90% of E+ players brain tumors.
