Lagg Probs

Ok so I have been gone for some months. Now that I'm playing again, I seem to get huge laggs. My settings are as is: maxfps 125(which I get on nearly on every map), maxpackets 60, snaps 40, rate 25000. But I cannot figure out how come I'm laggin so bad, and when I get huge lagg spike, game freezes and my weapons just go balistic shooting aimlessly. It is really getting on my nerves. Does anyone have any imput or advice to what it could be causing this? ISP, or my pc itself??? Cheerz.

Lagg Probs

The only thing what changed on many servers is, that they use now sv_fps 30 instead of 20. This makes a better serverperformens. But the connection stuff is now more sensitive to your settings.

For you i can just suggest:
/snaps 30 (or higher, doesnt matter in any way)
/cl_maxpackets 63 (or 125, to synchronise them to the /com_maxfps)
