yes gg marcus, it was a damn torture to me to be so close all the time.
amazing realy because last half was pretty close realy like 5-20 points.

very nice map indeed casa but it makes fps drop 3 times in comparison to normal maps. that is if i stand outside and overview the map.
i reach lowest fps of 135 with no bots and if i add 10 bots and i see a view running, my worst fps is about 70.
and that is on a amd64 3800+ ddr400 and gf6800/td 128mb Cool

on my pc amd 64 x2 3800+ ddr400 and gf6800 256mb i have 700fps more than u why?? we have in 90% the same pcs

@Morpheus: maybe because u have a dual core cpu or a gt version of the card?

@casa: told u allready,imho chronic is too small,i think everyone who tryed it agrees,small for fragfest that is,on the other hand it could be great for ffa for example in public server.
The other huge map is great,but for some fps could be a problem,when I overview the map I got 60-70 fps,but that was with 5 ppl.On the pc from my sig,maybe we could arrange a testing of the map tommorow,or every day at the same time,u add 20-30 bots and ppl can join and test it? Just a suggestion.

did you load the map q3now and overlooked the whole map from highest point?
and does q3 take full advantage of dual core?

did you load the map q3now and overlooked the whole map from highest point?
and does q3 take full advantage of dual core?

more things can decide about how much fps u have, game setting(resolution, texture detals, ect.) how many prog is run i background.

btw. u are talking about q3war map and u have 700 fps ihmo pure bs:>

How about THIS map? It seems pretty darn big, if you count in the sewer tunnels and all the rooms.
