Hey, people I just wanted to say that we can't add wars again :E
Some error on and on... Will try to figure out what is wrong this time

Also I have updated RANKING RULES to be more precise...
pls add anything that u think should be in rules

ShadyAK : Guys don't pay too much attention to the QL forums: devs don't read it and all deathmatch community news and discussions go through esreality anyway, all you will see on QL forums are tier 2 public heroes and not a lot of relevant material to anything.
